PM Modi can NOT micro manage each and every one of 4,120 assembly constituencies in India. Even if he puts just about one full day to each, in his term of 5 years, he will only be able to cover 1,826 constituencies (and considering the amount he spends campaigning for BJP, this number will in reality be even lower!) His work along with his government, is to formulate policies and solutions for macro problems like crime control, economic growth,external affairs etc. The ultimate burden for implementation of these solutions lies on an MLA (and an MP to some extent). Hence, unlike Lok Sabha elections, the thrust of Assembly elections should be on effective decentralization of power. Decentralization only works when the people on whom the power is delegated are smart, knowledgeable, articulate and efficient. Dont get fooled by high octane marketing campaigns. Find the true Modi (who may or may not from any party) of your constituency and not blindly, vote for BJP. Please be smart about your choice of candidate today and not feel sorry tomorrow.
