I presented lifetime achievement awards to eminent professionals in medical science and gave prizes to meritorious students. I extended my best wishes to the students for their endeavours in the coming years. Am sure society will gain from their work and we would achieve our dream for a Healthy India. Need of the hour is to increase medical research so that we can keep pace with the fast-changing world. Urged the young doctors to work towards achieving a higher number of publications in scientific journals.
