POEM SUBMISSION "I LAY ALONE" i lay cloaked in a sheet of loneliness i should be warm but i am so cold wishing so many things didnt stop me from having u to hold not just your physical warmth n venomous charm bt all the beautiful harm i lay alone i lay alone in fear too strong for tears i scream in pain too loud for your ears n i wonder do u even care i..lay.. alone pouring my being into poetry my heart into words that flow fluently i lay here wanting to rest but ending up restless as your body roams restless and ur conscience is at rest i...lay... alone i lay and i pray while u lay n i fall prey i pray my pain will be laid to rest while you prey on who u have laid .. then rest i lay alone one day i hope this will be laid to rest so my heart can get a rest hopefully it wont reach the peak where what was us will rest in peace or perhaps pieces n there you will lay alone
