POLICE ARREST MAN IN KASUNGU FOR INSULTING PRESIDENT MUTHARIKA The Police at Bua Station are keeping in custody Cassim Kapitikoti aged 29 for allegedly insulting President Mutharika yesterday in the afternoon. The police at Bua Roadblock were delaying a minibus DA 4313 headed for Lilongwe on Kasungu because of exceeding capacity. When the delay took too long, the passengers started protesting and it was when Cassim sarcastically told the police that Wakutumani ndi President wanu wa nzeru uja? Yemwe wasiya kukweza mafumu koma wakweza ma licence ndi ma passport? This did not go well with the police who immediately arrested him
