POLITICS: A diplomacy among people, groups, and organisations which involve power, influence and conflict. It took me over eight-8 years to dislodge the cankerworm in nigeria politics. Positions and ambitions are motivated by missions and visions, but it is pathetic that majority of our political office holders and leaders failed because of the total lack of good missions. The ones that would have had the people at heart will never be allowed basically because of inadequate funds to finance the God-fathers, due to party zoning, political nepotism, disagreement to party dictatorship and power parochialism. Nigeria as a developing state, need creative leaders who can brainstorm and cough out ideals, we need leaders that is aware of the agitations of the common men, somebody that can make sacrifices, a leader without sentiment as well as a good manager of the funds, the subjects and the populace. over the years, we had more of opportunist and circumstantial leaders. people who were compensated with the mandate of the people, it is therefore glaring that who was compensated will definitely compensate his or her uncreative colleagues who may not have what it takes to pilot the affairs of a developing group of people. without much ado, I hereby call on the King makers to make kings that will make kings that will be beneficial to the masses instead of the makers because if we are not careful, the children of the king makers will come back to suffer the selfishness of their fathers. People, masses, voters should shun sentiments, monetary affiliations, and dilute propagandas so that they will not eat bones that will block their throat. pray for the goverment instead of cursing them. cooperate with their policies and protest where necessary. exercise patience and perseverance during overhauling. support the government with what you have and together we can build a better Niger Area. as for me, I shall be part of the forces that will liberate my society. what of YOU?
