PORT TALBOT STATION ON TRACK Port Talbot station is long overdue for a makeover. It is therefore good news to see that this is due to start before Christmas. There are also plans to increase train frequency to twice hourly from Maesteg to Cardiff. This is also to be welcomed though it is a pity that the rail bus from Caerau to Maesteg no longer runs.
