POSITION VACANT- ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR We are undergoing some exciting changes here at Primary Ethics head office! We are sadly saying fare well (and bon voyage) to our wonderful Administration Manager Heleen. Heleen and her family have been relocated to New York for her husband’s new role and she will finish with us on Monday 14 July. We will miss her calm efficiency in our office but we are very excited for her and her family as this is a wonderful opportunity for them all. Thank you, Heleen – you have been an asset to our administration team and will be missed. Lots of good wishes too for a wonderful time in New York! With Heleen’s departure, we have taken a fresh look at our needs in administration and have made a couple of changes. Mel, our other Administration Manager will be moving into a new Training Coordinator role in support of our Training Manager Karen. This is a great opportunity to build our capacity and our systems in training and Karen is delighted to have Mel working with her in this critical area of our organisation. The Administration role will now be a part-time role rather than a job-share arrangement. We are looking for someone to take up the revised role of Administration Coordinator, a part time position of 24.5 hours per week. The hours are unfortunately not negotiable and include three full days – Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 til 5, and two days involving an hour online from home.
