POSITION VACANT: Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) is looking for an IT & SECRETARIAT OFFICER; the ideal candidate should be a Graduate in Computer Science or hold equivalent Diploma from a well-recognized Institute, ideally having previous experience in similar capacity. The ideal candidate would be a team player having the experience of working in a non-profit organization. A broad framework of responsibilities will be to: Maintain, update and upgrade MAP’s MIS system Produce periodic reports on membership data Must have knowledge of using SQL based software also besides prevalent software and Wordpress 3.9 Office networking. Update & maintain MAP’s Website mappk.org. Design program Flyers on Publisher and other media. Maintain and update MAP’s social media sites like Facebook, Linked In etc. Supervise all Video / Audio arrangements for the events, maintain DVDs and photograph record of all events. As a Secretariat officer, ensure maintenance of all office hardware and equipment. Maintain all secretariat record of files and membership record / data. Coordinate with vendors for all purchasing / printing requirements of the Secretariat. Coordinate with Printer for publishing of MAP material and Annual Report. The remuneration package will comprise of a gross salary of 25K, all inclusive.
