POSITIONING YOURSELF STRATEGICALLY Luke 19:1-5 brings out a story of a man named Zacchaeus, he is described as a chief tax collector and that he was rich.but had one desire and that is to see Jesus. The man had a limitation to seeing the Lord Jesus because he was a short man and because of the crowd he could not.He needed to position himself strategically, this called for him to forget about his position as a chief tax collector and being rich.He decided to climb a sycamore tree, beloved this is not an easy tree to climb.Imagine a commissioner ZRA climbing a tree just to have a glimpse of someone. This called for a lot of humility on the part of zacchaeus otherwise it is not an easy decision. At the end of the day he had anencounter with the master.A lot of us today are strugling to have an encounter with the master because we are not positioned strategically ,we are going to the Lord on our terms not on His terms.Having an encounter with the master calls for denying self Mark 8:34 zacchaeus took this step take yours today God bless you as you climb the sycamore tree tis morning and have an encounter with the master. Have a blessed day.
