POWER OUTAGE: Center Wheeling is experiencing power outages. More than 450 customers are without power at this time, per AEPs website. According to Wheeling Police, a transformer blew near the State Police barracks, and crews from AEP are on scene. There is currently no estimated time frame for when power will be restored, however.
