PREGNANT AND IN PERTH? THIS IS FOR YOU! The Jungle Body Perth will be launching BUMP in 2015!!! What makes this workout so special is the fact that BUMP was created for PREGNANT women by PREGNANT women and will be taught by our very own PREGNANT instructor Justine! BUMP aims to: - tone your arms, butt and thighs. - improve alignment and posture. - reduce back pain. - increase flexibility. - improve circulation. - strengthen your pelvic floor muscles YAY! - create a supportive culture and friendly atmosphere. - have fun!
