To exploit young graduates in this manner is utterly repugnant. Perhaps, the little increment that was made to these corps members is what they are finding a way to collect back from them. Whoever that initiated such a cruel idea should be probed and NASS should intervene in this issue. NYSC is a national service and should be fully funded by the government. #PDPISEVIL#
