PRESIDENT JONATHAN DECRIES STATES AND LGAs OVER DEPENDENCE ON FG Even the president says the money belongs to the federal govt ... thats wrong, by law, the money belongs to the whole federation .... which is constituted by the federal govt, the 36 states and 774 LGAs .... and the federal govt has 52% of it .... I dont think the FG shares her own part with states .... morally, all the oil money belongs to the oil producing states .... and they are supposed to pay tax to the FG .... with such thinking, u now wonder when we will get out of the woods or if this president will ever address the niger delta question ....
