PRESS RELEASE ARREST (THEFT): Mount Laurel Police arrested Michael J. Wass, age 23, of the 500 block of West Graisbury Avenue, Audubon, on July 12 for theft. The incident occurred on the unit block of Farnwood Road while he was employed as a contractor on January 30th and 31st. He was arrested in Audubon and committed to the Burlington County Jail in lieu of $15,000.00 bail. Detective E. Dever and Ofc. E. Weil were the arresting officers. BURGLARY: (Parker’s Creek) A resident of the 100 block of Memorial Lane reported a burglary and theft to a residence. The incident occurred on July 12, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Entry was gained by forcing the front door. Jewelry and other items, valued at over $2,000.00, were taken. ARREST (FALSE GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS): Mount Laurel Police arrested Franklin G. Sandoval-Avila, age 21, of the unit block of Lilac Path, Maple Shade, NJ on July 13 for presenting false government documents. He was stopped on Route 73 for motor vehicle violations and charged with presenting false government documents. He was served with criminal complaints and released pending a municipal court hearing. Corporal R. Orange was the arresting officer. ARREST (CDS): Mount Laurel Police arrested Ryan A. Kelso, age 26, of the 1000 block of Nichols Avenue, Beverly, on July 13 for possession of marijuana. He was a passenger in a vehicle stopped on Route 73 for a motor vehicle violation at 1:58 PM. Kelso was charged with Possession of Marijuana (under 50 grams). He was served with criminal complaints and released pending a municipal court hearing. Sergeant D. Rutkowski was the arresting officer. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: (Ivy Ridge) A resident of the unit block of Christopher Mills Drive reported a criminal mischief to a mail box. The incident occurred between an undetermined time on July 13 and 7:30 AM July 14. A mailbox post was broken. Damage is estimated at $50.00. THEFT: (Ivy Ridge) A resident of the unit block of Christopher Mills Drive reported the theft of a mailbox. The incident occurred between 9:30 PM July 13 and 8:00 AM July 14. The mailbox is valued at approximately $40.00. THEFT: (Ivy Ridge) A resident of the unit block of Christopher Mills Drive reported the theft of a 10’ x 6’ American flag from the front porch. The incident occurred between 5:00 PM July 13 and 2:00 PM July 14. The flag is valued at approximately $30.00. THEFT: (Ramblewood Farms) A resident of the 600 block of Lincoln Drive reported the theft of jewelry. The incident occurred between an unspecified date in the beginning of June and 3:00 PM July 14. The jewelry is valued at $650.00. THEFT: A guest of the Funplex on Route 38 reported the theft of an iPhone. The incident occurred on July 13 at 3:00 PM. The phone is valued at approximately $400.00. ARREST (HINDERING): Mount Laurel Police arrested Alyssa M. Elentrio, age 22, of the 500 block of Diemer Drive on July 14 for hindering her own apprehension. She was stopped on Crawford Drive for motor vehicle violations. Elentrio was charged with Hindering her own Apprehension and Wrongful Impersonation to avoid outstanding warrants. She was lodged at the Burlington County Work Release Center in lieu of $5,000.00 bail. Corporal R. Orange was the arresting officer.
