PRESS RELEASE: HRRC HouseMender University Series Green Driveways Cleveland Heights, January 21, 2014 With the new storm water fees here in Northeast Ohio, many people are considering installing permeable pavers or other materials that reduce runoff by letting water penetrate into the ground below. If you want to learn about available options for residential driveways and how they might reduce your sewer charges, come to HRRCs presentation, Green Driveways: Permeable Pavers & Other Options. Herrick Mann from H.A.M. Landscaping will talk about materials to consider, including ones that have been installed here in Cleveland Heights. Green Driveways: Permeable Pavers & Other Options will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11th, at HRRC’s Teaching Center, 2520 Noble Road in Cleveland Heights (two blocks north of Monticello). The presentation, part of HRRC’s HouseMender University series, is free and open to residents of all communities, but reservations are requested. For more information or to reserve a spot, call Becky Stager at (216) 381-6100, ext. 16.
