PRESS RELEASE Issued March 10, 2014 On March 10, 2014, The Ossipee Police Department conducted a drug-sweep, which resulted in several arrests for charges relating to the possession and sale of Heroin. Arrested were: Casey Morgan 26yro, Ossipee, NH Curt Dow 50yro, Ossipee, NH James M. Jennings 19yro, Ossipee, NH Jeffrey Lamarche 35yro, Ossipee, NH Steven Vantassel 42yro, Effingham, NH John Parsons 21yro, Effingham, NH Mark Galloway 33yro, Ossipee, NH Christopher McCarthy 23yro, Ossipee, NH Aerielle Glazier 21yro, Wolfeboro, NH All 9 are suspected in the sale of Heroin. These arrests are the result of a lengthy investigation. The Ossipee Police Department was assisted by the NH State Police SWAT team, the Carroll County Sheriffs Office, as well as the Madison, Freedom and Effingham Police Departments. During the arrest for Curt Dow, the NH State Police SWAT team surrounded Dows residence on Chickville Rd., in Ossipee, NH, and negotiated with DOW for approximately an hour prior to him surrendering to the State Police. Dow is currently on bail for similar charges stemming from an investigation in 2013.. Initial court hearings are expected to begin tomorrow, March 11, 2014.
