PRESS RELEASE LITTLETON POLICE DEPARTMENT PER AUTHORITY OF CHIEF PAUL SMITH On December 23, 2014, after a joint investigation involving the New Hampshire Drug Task Force, the Lisbon Police Department, the Bath Police Department and the Haverhill Police Department, the Littleton Police Department arrested Michael Millette, 53 y/o of Littleton, NH. Millette was charged with three counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute (Heroin) and one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute (Cocaine). The charges are Class B Felony offenses each punishable to a maximum term of imprisonment of not more than seven years in prison and a fine of not more than $100,000 or both. Millette is currently being held at the Grafton County House of Correction on $75,000 cash bail. He is scheduled for a probable cause hearing to be held at the Littleton District Division, New Hampshire Circuit Court on the 2nd of January, 2015 at 1:00 PM. This investigation is currently on going.
