All you have to do is learn the rules of the game and the Democrats are done and over with! Follow the laws of the U. S. Constitution. It gives Congress the power to remove a president from appointing department heads and inferior judges. (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 & Article III, Section 1 Clause 1). Obama’s executive orders for amnesty are worthless. It violates the Supremacy Clause; (Article VI, Section 1, Clause 2.) it says all laws of the United States must pursue the constitution. Not one word of Obama’s executive orders is in the constitution. Passing laws and executive orders or even writing memos that are not in the constitution amounts to INSURRECTION and SEDITION. Article I, Section 8, Clause 15 says Congress has the power to call forth the MILITIA to suppress insurrection and repel INVASION. Article IV, Section 4, says the United States shall protect each State from invasion. Therefore, Congress must call forth the militia to protect States from invasion in 2015. Congress has the power to CAPTURE INSURRECTIONISTS who rise up against the Supreme authoritative law of the land “The United States Constitution”. President Barack Obama has committed insurrection and committed TREASON by allowing illegal’s to invade the States! He is required by Constitutional law to protect the States from invasion. A CONGRESSIONAL LETTER OF REPRISAL, via Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 says Congress has the power to declare WAR, grant letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water. Therefore Congress must send out orders for the Capture of Obama and all insurrectionists who have passed laws over the past forty years under Comprehensive Immigration and Citizenship laws that are not in the U. S. Constitution. Federal Judges who have made rulings that are not in the constitution are also insurrectionists. (Amendment X) When Congress convenes in 2015 it is required to raise a MILITIA in all States to repel invasion, Article I, Sec. 8, Clause 15. Congress must return immigration and importing for work visas power back to the States and discontinue all federal entitlements to non-citizens. The constitution makes no delegation for the federal government officers to give any sort of entitlements…only citizens receive federal entitlements. The States support non-citizens. Amendment XIV, and Article I, Section 9, Clause 1. It is treason for the president to give entitlements to non-citizens. The 2015 congress must establish a (CIO) Citizenship Investigation Office to revoke illegal comprehensive citizenships. The Democrats will lose millions of illegal votes.
