PRESS RELEASE September 12, 2014 On September 11, 2014 Helena Faucett, 70, of Easton, MD was charged on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court. Faucett was to appear in court on September 9, 2014 to answer to a charge of trespassing. Faucett was held by the court commissioner. On September 11, 2014 Wallace Fay, 45, of Easton, MD was charged with theft under $1000 and trespassing on private property. Officers responded to Wal-Mart where store personnel reported that Fay had stolen merchandise from the store. Fay had previously stolen merchandise from the store and was told not to return to Wal-Mart. Fay was located at his residence and taken into custody. Fay was held on $4,000.00 bond by the court commissioner.
