May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may God grant his family solace at this difficult time. Today, we are pleased to inform all verified delegates to the Party Conference, Party Members, Supporters and well-wishers, that all preparations are in place for the meetings of the Party Organs to be held as follows: • The Central Executive Committee will meet on December 13, 2014 • The National Executive Committee will meet on December 14, 2014 • The National Conference will meet on December 15, 2014 Furthermore, we wish to inform delegates that accreditation for the National Executive Committee and the National Conference will be conducted at the Kololo Independence Grounds on December 13, 2014 starting at 7.00 am and December 14, 2014 starting at 7.00 am respectively. Delegates, staff and service providers should also note that access to the Kololo Independence Grounds for accreditation is by invitation only, on presentation of special passes to be issued by the Organising Committee. Members of the Central Executive Committee will be pre-accredited on December 12, 2014 and are NOT required to come to Kololo Independence Grounds. There shall be NO accreditation carried out at the venues of the meetings.
