You will be hard pressed to find a after market chassis with this level of engineering, thought, and testing. You will see and feel improved traction and handling. - Center plate milled from 3/8th thick 6061 aluminum billet, provides flex where needed. - Custom front/ rear diff inserts 1/4 inch thick 7075 aluminum. The three piece design allows for quick dis-assembly. And we all know that NOTHING is unbreakable soooo IF you have some insane catastrophic crash and slightly bend it just the bent piece can be replaced without buying a whole new chassis. Because it is milled from 3/8 stock there are ribs that run the full length of the chassis controlling flex and the 7075 inserts simply dont flex at all. - All the bolts are covered up by an undercover keeping them clean and protected from rocks. Production version will have a small panel incorporated under the motor to check the bolts easily without removing the whole undercover. The undercover is ABS plastic and replacements are cheap. Stock side guards are used so the stock cage will fit or the new Grafil buggy body. Bump stop set screws are replaced with flat bottem set screws so they dont dig in. You get all this in a chassis thats only about 1 lb more than stock, including undercover.
