PRODUCTION ASSISTANT DESCRIPTION: Supporting Production Coordinators, reviewing/approving packaging layouts, ticket layouts, reviewing samples, and communicating details to factory. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate with design to verify correct packaging is used and ensure ticketing is correct • Coordinate with sales team to ensure all UPC stickers, cartons, polybag stickers are properly marked before shipping to the supplier • Review Upc sticker, polybag sticker, carton markings to verify correct information prior to shipping from supplier • Review and understand customer vendor guides for specific information which applies to Help PC, prep for review Pre Production and Top samples MEASURES OF SUCCESS: • Accuracy of ticketing and sample checking • Effectiveness of interdepartmental communication • Accuracy of products compared to design EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • College Degree • Experience in an office environment KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/OTHER: • Ability to focus on details • Ability to learn quickly • High Organization skills • Knowledge of technical specs • Knowledge of the production process preferred TO APPLY: Please submit your online profile through StyleCareers or send your resume to: EMAIL: HumanResources@unitedlegwear Please include Job Title in the subject line of your message when applying outside the StyleCareers site.
