PROTEIN EGG STACK Youll need -250 grams of mince (Hamburger for Canadians/Americans) -Handfull of Macadamia nuts - 6 eggs -Half a red and green capsicum. -Half an avocado -Tomato -1 Onion -Handful of Mushrooms -Big handful of spinach -And your good to go. Directions Cook the mince first. Once cooked place into a bowl to add back in later. Now chop and stir fry the red and green capsicum, onion, mushrooms and spinach. Now add the mince back into the frypan. Blend and add the eggs, then add chopped up tomatoes, half an avocado and the macadamia nuts. Let simmer on medium for 3 minutes then transfer to the grill for another 5 minutes. Eat, eat, eat ;-) This is one of my main breakfast meals... So have a go and let me know what you think. Thank you
