PROTESTS, RALLIES, CLASHES MARK ‘AL QUDS DAY’ IN KASHMIR Details at: goo.gl/EKyq6w Srinagar, July 25: Lakhs of people across the Kashmir observed last Friday of Ramadhan as Yaem-ul-Quds or Al Quds Day in solidarity with oppressed Palestinians during which rallies, protest demonstrations were taken out from various mosques of the region while clashes between youths and government forces left at least 11 people including a police officer injured. Before Friday prayers at Jamai Masjid approximately one lakh people in a single voice re-affirmed their support to Palestine brethren.
