PROVERBS CHALLENGE DAY 14 14:31 Kindness shown to the poor is an act of worship. I love working with poor people around the world. Whether its the Chamula or Tzotzil Indians in Mexico or the Hill Tribes people of Thailand or the people of Haiti. I love going bearing gifts along with hope and encouragement, But sometimes I forget about the poor people right here in my own neighborhood. I was kindly reminded by a good friend of mine that I have a mission field right here in my own backyard. I had the great privilege of partnering with her along with many women in our church, to bless some moms and their children at Christmas time. Thanks for the reminder. It truly was an act of worship and such an awesome privilege to serve these families.
