PS: I had great interest in this missing jet incident being the fact that in 1999, I (in those days a frog in the well small town bumpkin?) had the chance to fly in a Boeing777 long distance from KL. to Newark airport (New Jersey state) with a 1 hour stopover in Dubai. All in about 22 hours flight. And yes I flew MAS. In those days 777 was like state of the art kind of passenger jet. This has been a very isolated & unfortunate incident. I will have no reservations or fear of flying with MAS or in a 777 again if opportunity allows. It can be said is one of the best passenger jet the world ever knew.
