PSAS Meeting tonight 6.30 at school, all welcome and we are in desperate need of volunteer help to arrange and run our mid winter swim fund raiser...we have exclusive rights on providing the BBQ etc.... this is a good little fundraiser in the middle of winter and we are lucky to have the opportunity! It will be a shame to loose it. PSAS committee/ helper numbers are extreemly low at present and we desperatly need more help in order for PSAS to continue, PSAS has fundraised an awful lot of money in the past few years which has reduced costs parents would usually have to pay regarding performances/ trips/ sporting subs, not to mention providing the new Picton school shirts, kapa haka uniforms, the new school stage, sunhats...I believe we are the only school in Marlborough that provides these free of charge! sand pit toys, caring kiwi awards, new class room games, book vouchers for leavers assembly, the meet and greet free bbq evening, PSAS also contributes to the cost of school camps to reduce the parents costs and helps fund and put on a great disco evening for the kids regularly etc. etc. Please help keep PSAS going, every bit of volunteer help is greatly recieved if you require any further info please call Karen on 5735574!
