PSC Officers Exposed in Mvuma By Baba Jukwa Published: June 10, 2013 Let’s be wise enough and see light Expose’ Zimbabwe do you know of a sleepy monument town of Mvuma? As a small mining derelict compound, which often fall on the blind spot of national news; people here are suffering at the hands of Mnangagwa (Zibagwe-Chirumanzu MP) and his appendages here in Mvuma who have become a law unto themselves because of their strong or perceived links to this feared man. We have two Public Service Commissioners namely Chidzonga (0772622275) and his assistant and sidekick Madzimure (0772947498) and ZEC Mvuma head, Dzimiri (MRS) (0775164125). These people are threatening us civil servants in this small moribund town into submission into the hands of your Gerontocratic Party (ZPF) by threats and intimidation. Today (Sunday 09/06/13 as I write) we are in the Court room at the DA’s Complex for the training for the Voter registration and we are being lectured left, right and centre about patriotism this Zanu that. I believe this is supposed to be a non partisan national duty exercise but tanzwa. Madzimure has taken it upon himself to campaign for ZANU pf by personally sending threatening text messages to perceived MDC sympathisers in the civil service (he has a database of all civil servants in Mvuma.) He is also using the social platform Whatsapp to send campaign ZPF material on the platform to all civil servants. On the other hand, the two PSC officials have threatened the Ministry Of Education Officer to release, unprocedurally, all teachers for the exercise or answer to Mnangagwa himself. Dzimiri, on the other hand has deliberately excluded perceived MDC sympathising civil servants from such exercises hanzi machinja hamulume. She has opted to incorporate her relatives and friends, unprocedurally. Those in the training exercise will confirm that she has taken on board her daughter, a student at MSU to participate in the national exercise kuti awane pocket money leaving out genuine civil servants. Please Zimbabwe, call this corrupt trio on the numbers I gave above asking them why they are bringing suffering to innocent civil servants in Mvuma.
