PT Energi Tanjung Tiga is an oil and gas E & P company and is currently operating for the production of brown-fields in South Sumatera under the Operation Cooperation Agreement (Kerjasama Operasi / KSO) with PT. Pertamina EP. HR & Admin staff Responsibilities - Provide support in various human resource functions which include recruitment, staffing and placement of new employees - Prepare monthly personnel payroll and report the payment with its detail to Jamsostek Office. - Prepare the RPTK (Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja) / Compensation and Benefit in accordance with guidelines - Assist in preparing the annual administration budget / RKA Ketenaga Kerjaan - Maintaining and updating Personnel Files - Maintain ongoing relationship with employee and related government bodies (PT. Pertamina EP/SKK Migas/Ministry of Manpower ) - Organize internal and external events. Requirements : - Bachelor degree in management / administration or related discipline - Minimum 5 (five) years of experience with at least 3 years experiences in Human Resource Development field. - Having experience in KSO/TAC/PSC companies is preferable - Understand PTK -018 - Having a good knowledge of Work and Employment Industrial Relations (Hubungan Industrial dan Ketenagakerjaan) 2. Legal & Formalities Responsibilities : - To draft, negotiate and review legal documents eg : contract, leasing, company permits related to Upstream Oil and gas activity. - Have experience in handling legal matters related to procurement services - Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian Regulations and its implementation especially in Oil and Gas subject matters - To liaise and keep contact closely with Provincial Government and help with land acquisition process in assigned area - Process legal papers/formalities for the Company such as Office Licenses/Company Domicile address/Company Cooperation Contract and follow up their expiry date - To give advice on Work and Employment Industrial Relations (Hubungan Industrial dan Ketenagakerjaan) Requirements: - Bachelor degree (S1) in Law - 5 (five) years of experiences with at least 3 years in the field of law - Having experience in oil and gas industry is a MUST - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent spoken and written English is preferable If you meet the requirements above, you can send your CV with the application letter along with current Photograph and expected salary to : [email protected] No later than two weeks after this date.
