PT Rhodes Balikpapan Membutuhkan karyawan dengan Posisi di bawah in : OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT Responsibilities: Operations superintendents manage an operation, division or program. Generally, this type of superintendent develops and manages program budgets, plans and objectives. Complete managerial responsibilities go to the operations superintendent. The operations superintendent assures all technical aspects of program requirements are met. Leadership Duties In their leadership role, operations superintendents must explain project or activities of the program to relevant parties such as clients, contractors, utility representatives, or higher-level managers. He attends meetings and conferences related to the program, division or operation. In these meetings, the operations superintendent serves as a representative for or liaison between divisions and departments. The operations superintendent may have to serve on various committees or facilitate meetings in behalf of the program. He may make recommendations for operational practices and procedures. The operations superintendent hands over responsibility to the incoming superintendent when the time comes, ensuring a smooth transition of duties without interrupting program tasks. Management The operations superintendent establishes schedules and routines for the various functions of the program or operation. The superintendent identifies staffing levels and needs, making sure proper equipment and supplies are available. He develops contracts with vendors and suppliers. The superintendent assigns and instructs work crews to cover projects in order to reach daily and long-term goals. He also monitors work performance. In this position, the operations superintendent must also issue disciplinary actions or recommendations when necessary. Administrative The operations superintendent is responsible for administrative matters such as recordkeeping and developing and managing the program budget. The operations superintendent completes multiple reports related to program or projects and relays his input to upper-level managers. He documents progress or problems, ensures orderly office operations, and makes sure personnel matters are handled promptly and efficiently. Requirements: · S-1 (Bachelor Degree) in Mining Engineer or the same of level. · 12 years of experiences in underground mine production management · Previous leadership experience with a proven history of management underground mining operations. · Superior interpersonal skills including proactive work disposition, strong influencing skills, contractor relationship management and effective teamwork skills. · Detailed knowledge of all phases of mining and the integration of community relations, mining, technical services, and maintenance services. · Ability to develop operating plans and strategies, preparing budgets and cost estimates. · Commitment to demonstrating continuous process improvement, teamwork, professionalism, ethical behavior, open/honest communications and respect for others. · Exposure to the challenges of operating in remote sites at altitude. · Willing to be transferred and rolled all over Indonesia · Comprehend with the human resources area so this Operations Superintendent will collaborate with HRD Department · Hard worker, willing to work in under pressure, good communication especially with the local people (Kalimantan area) Fluent in both speak and written in English Please send your applycation : HRD PT RHODES Jl.AMD No 36 RT 68 Kariangau, Kel.
