PTO activities are coming into full swing as we hit mid-October! Heres whats coming up: (1) Fall parties are THIS FRIDAY — check with your students teacher for times and details. (2) On Tuesday, Oct. 22 (4:30-6 p.m. at Chatham Elementary), there will be a meeting for volunteers to pick up tickets to sell for our upcoming Nelsons Chicken Dinner Fundraiser. (3) Wednesday, Oct. 23 is the registration deadline for the PTOs ABCs of Ball-Chatham Elementary Schools roundtable event (set for Nov. 5 at Chatham Elementary). (4) Ident-a-Kid will be at each school next week for any parents/guardians interested in getting an ID card for their child — Glenwood Elementary, Tuesday, Oct. 22; Chatham Elementary, Wednesday, Oct. 23; and Ball Elementary, Thursday, Oct. 24. (5) National Red Ribbon Week is also next week, and the PTO will have activities at all three schools from Wednesday, Oct. 23 to Friday, Oct. 25.
