PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Dont try this at home! These pics show licensed Master Wildlife Rehabilitator Brittany Davis in action, but please always remember to bring distressed wildlife to a licensed wildlife rehabber....dont do it yourself. OK here are Brittanys description of these 3 pics.... 1) The undying gratitude of a young Black Rat Snake after being removed from a glue trap. 2) A close-up of the gratitude. He has no real teeth at this age, just the backwards-facing spines. 3) Finally, happy in my mulberry tree. And on a related note, please dont buy and use glue traps. There are alternatives that are much much better. If market demand for glue traps shriveled up they would no longer be manufactured and sold. Thanks for your consideration. And THANKS Brittany for the pics, the descriptions, and the work you and other rehabbers and volunteers do for distressed wildlife that cant help itself!
