PULWAMA ENCOUNTER: SYED SALLAH-UD-DIN PAYS TRIBUTES TO SLAIN MILITANTS Srinagar, Sep 3 : The UJC chief and Hizb Supremo Syed Sallah-ud-Din on Wednesday paid tributes to the militants killed in Pulwama during the fierce encounter on Tuesday. In a statement issued to KNS, Syed Sallah-ud-Din stated that the struggle will continue till Kashmir is resolved. The UJC spokesman Syed Sadaqat Hussain while quoting Syed Sallah-ud-Din stated that the sacred blood of martyrs killed during the gun battle at South Kashmir’s Pulwama area would not go waste and their mission will be taken to the logical conclusion. While speaking at the UJC meet, Syed Sallah-ud-Din stated that one of the militants killed during the recent encounter namely Showkat Ahmad Dar had joined the militant ranks few days ago and the same vindicates that Kashmir’s young generation wants to end the ‘oppression’ by keeping the resistance alive. “We pay tributes to the martyrs and resolve that their sacrifices will not go waste and with the time, the intensity of fight will increase.” The statement reads that Syed Sallah-ud-Din also condemned the forces action after the encounter was over in South Kashmir wherein according to the statement the nearby villages were ‘harassed’. Special prayers were also held for the slain militants
