Pistol was in his fenced in backyard, minding his own business. Instead of going to the front door for a 911 call as the EMTs / ambulance did, the police enter the enclosed gated backyard that is clearly marked with signs reading No Trespassing & Beware of Dog. The trespassing police entered Pistols yard. As Pistol was running away, he was shot in the butt.
