Painfully Gratifying Can I tell you something? Never let the “Enemy’s” points or positions set a line of demarcation for you in any situation. Give it to the Lord and tell Him that you will follow His instructions in all matters. I had a situation happen to me on yesterday, that the “Enemy” thought that I was going handle it the way it was given to me, but I stepped back and swallowed my pride and did nothing to grant the “Enemy” victory. It was very painful—I had to muzzle my pride, but it was very gratifying to know that I can conduct myself as God would have me to conduct myself— to God be the glory. I am learning, Saints of God, and the rare is becoming the norm. The Bible states in: James 4:7-10 (KJV) 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. This is the caveat Saints of God—the Bible states in: Luke 6:46 (KJV) And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? Be Blessed!
