This was a gift of Indian government to the blind and disabled person on International Day of Persons with Disabilities But in PAKISTAN , Police baton charged blind protesters in the city of Lahore on Wednesday , protesting the government for failing to implement their official genuine rights. A group of up to 70 blind men had gathered in front of the local press club around noon on the International Day for Persons with Disabilities, demanding the government uphold its 2% quota for the handicapped. Television footage showed police in riot gear repeatedly striking protesters with batons as some fell to the ground. This was a gift of Pakistan government to the blind and disabled person on International Day of Persons with Disabilities That is India and this is Pakistan.
