Pandangan dari teknokrat tentang pengangguran di Malaysia: Just imagine we currently have 1.04 million Government servants and if. we were to take out just 10% of the supposedly 30% non-performers or. deadwoods, we will have about 104K positions being created about which. quite substantial percentage are those for executives or "Pegawai". posts that can be fill up by those jobless graduates. May be the ruling Government is in dire dilemma as most of the Public. Servants are its political supporters. But then, these jobless. graduates are their children and almost 90++++% are Malays.. Is there actually a solution? Could the solutions be in the Public. Commercial Sectors? No, cannot be as these sectors are quite saturated. or optimised as many of the operators are adopting capital intensive. approaches to doing business or operations using high technology, systems and robotics. Whereas, the Public Sector Services remain. "Labour Intensive"..........
