Paneeeeerr kofta in tomato-cashew gravy.... :) 1) Boiled and mashed potatoes : 2, Grated paneer, 2 spoon of cornflour, green chillies : 2-3 (finely chopped), coriander and two spoons of lemon juice (You can also add chat masala instead of lemon juice), garlic ginger paste, black pepper powder and salt to taste. Make a smooth dough of the above ingredients and shape into koftas. 2) Coat the koftas in corn flour and fry on a medium flame till it turns golden brown. 3) In a wok, add roughly chopped onion (2), when they turn golden brown, add poppy seeds and 1 tsp of jeera (cumin seeds). When it cools down, grind it in the mixer. (Do not add oil) 4) Make a puree of 2 medium size tomato and 10-12 cashews. 5)Heat oil in a wok, add finely chopped garlic and ginger , then, add the onion-poppy seeds mixture to it and mix well for 10-12mins, after that add the tomato-cashew puree, salt to taste and stir well. 6) Garnish the gravy with roasted cashew powder and chopped coriander. 7) Place the koftas in a plate and pour the gravy over.
