Parang super alert ahead ang DILG, NDRRMC, and DSWD more than ever. This is a strong feeling. Mukhang mas may chance ang private citizens mag Pasko ng matiwasay, kasi may robust system in place. This is a good view for me. And I am optimistic. No problem for our team to pitch in- but we prefer that we wont need to because it indicates function and efficiency from the government. And wow, what a great feeling. The government is there not to provide inspiration or patriotic fervor - leave that to the poets, the government exists to provide services they took an oath on, governance is extreme rational housekeeping, thats it. And I think were inching our way there. I am optimistic. #Strong #Prepared #Efficient Long live #HumanitarianLogistics. Prepare and respond with logic not with pity nor panic. Emotions are secondary during a storm- relevant, real, yes- but not primary. Feelings are secondary, efficiency is prime.
