Paranormal Investigating 105 The class we will consist of discussions and lessons in advanced “Paranormal Investigating”. The class topics will include the following: (1) discussion of advanced EVP topics, including the different audio software available for EVP analysis, (2) in-depth discussion on paranormal investigating equipment and techniques used, including answering the questions when and why, (3) learning how to strategically set up equipment, (4) discussion on the use of still cameras, (5) reviewing and properly debunking evidence, including the importance and integrity required for proper evidence evaluation, (6) storing and preserving of evidence collected, (7) discussion on the importance of safety, including legal aspects of paranormal investigating, (8) discussion on the importance of site history. Throughout the class students will critique video and audio evidence. In addition, the class will debate multiple paranormal hypotheses and theories. Time will be allotted for open class discussion. Finally, the class will participate in a paranormal investigation that will allow the students to demonstrate the topics discussed during the class, including the review of all evidence captured.
