Parent Orientation Night – Tuesday, August 27th What to bring: 1. Dr. & Dentist Name and Contact Information 2. Date of Last Doctor Examination 3. Updated Immunization records or have them faxed in ahead to (509)892-5219 4. Updates to Authorized Pick-Up List and/or Emergency Contacts 5. Any updated personal information (cell phone, work #, e-mail, etc.) 6. Yearly Registration Fee $50 single child/$75 family (Kindergarten Registration Fee $100 – may be paid off slowly through the end of 2013) 7. A SMILE!!! Schedule for the Evening: 5:00 – 6:30 pm BBQ Dinner for the Family/ Photo Slide Show in the Sanctuary (we are starting early in the hopes that we can get EVERYONE who wants dinner fed by 6:30 pm – you are welcome to eat and then come back for the meeting - only one parent from each family needs to attend but both are encouraged) 6:30 – 6:45 pm Brief presentation from our kiddos who attended the summer Gymnastics and a SPECIAL musical presentation from any children in attendance!!! 6:45 – 7:15/30 pm Parent Meeting in the Sanctuary/ALL children in attendance will be escorted to their age specific area by ALCC staff (please make sure you sign up for childcare if your kiddos will be staying for the meeting so we can staff appropriately - THANKS) 7:30 Pick –up your kiddos/ Meet & Greet with your child(ren)’s Teachers SEE YOU THERE!!!!
