Parent support///Fundraising, raffle, rummage, or sponsors can reduce our price and possibly eliminate out of pocket expenses. We parents need to coordinate a way to reduce or eliminate cost, otherwise we will pay out of pocket for expenses. Suggestions or recommendation can be as followed for feed back: ISSUE- paying out of pocket for Houston/round rock trip. SUGGESTION-fundraising RECOMMENDATION-those who volunteer and share responsibility will reduce their cost in expenses MAIN GOAL-promote collective participants to be involved in some way. PURPOSE-reduce to eliminate out of pocket expenses and use that money for other things. CAVAET: we all have demanding schedule of commitments from oil worker, food industry, out in the field, student, teacher, school, new parenting, and life. Despite the exhaustion, we all can chip in a hour or two to make it happen as a phantom family member. On the other hand, if you want to pay out of pocket, thats cool too. Overall, we have not had a strength in this department, but we have resources and connections in our family that we have not tapped into, which can increase our efforts by 75%and decrease our what ifs by 1000% and comparing ourselves to other teams. Its up to us parents to do work elbow grease rubber meet the road hustle grind be a hero and whatever cliche fits.
