Letter of Introduction Resume POSITION SUMMARY: THIS JOB DESCRIPTION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT FOR EMPLOYMENT KNOWLEDGE OF: - Competent oral and written English usage; -Oral and written Spanish language usage preferred ABILITY TO: - Speak in front of large groups; - Effectively consult with parents, teachers, administrators, and community members; - Work with others in a collaborative role; - Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work; ? Record and maintain various written records; - Follow verbal and written instructions; SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise both small and large groups of volunteers and parent participants in special events. EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Operate standard office machines, including telephone, copier, and computers. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires prolonged standing, sitting, some walking, bending, and reaching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment. Requires hearing within normal range for telephone use. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS: Must understand vague and implicit instructions, and react favorably in all work situations. Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people and situations. Must be able to communicate providing verbal or written feedback in a professional manner.
