Parents need to start raising their kids. I am appalled how some parents react when their kids get in trouble with law enforcement. It is never the kids fault anymore. We are trying to save their life by ticketing your inexperienced child who just got their license going nearly 90 MPh but its not his fault we are just picking on him. so buy him a radar detector and let him drive how he wants..... then (god forbid) when he kills his self or someone else you will wonder where we were why didnt we try to stop it. Well we did but you are enabling him.
