Parents please do research before you buy dolls for your daughters. I received a catalog in the mail the other day advertising a doll called Our Generation Dolls carried by #Target. Of course my twins were excited to see the magazine and immediately opened it so they could pick out the doll they wanted. Hope came to me about 20 minutes later looking sad and said Mommy, can you help me find a doll? None of these look like me. I took the magazine and looked through all 16 pages to find 3-4 black dolls and about 25 white dolls. I told Hope that I would look on the Our Generation website to see if there might be more dolls that are not in the magazine. I was so upset with what I found that I sent an email to the company. I attached my letter and their response to this post. You will be shocked with what they had to say. Basically, I should be happy that the 4 black regular dolls that they offer are cheaper because they dont come with accessories like the deluxe dolls (which by the way are only offered in white.) #DontBuyOurGenerationDolls
