Parker Police Respond to an Attempted Kidnapping On January 12, 2015 at 3:52 p.m., Officers responded to the area of Motsenbocker Rd. and Vineland Dr. in the Clarke Farms Subdivision on a reported, Attempted Kidnapping. It was determined a lone juvenile female was walking on the sidewalk in the area searching for the family dogs when a black full sized truck pulled close to the curb, and stopped near her. The passenger of the truck reached out of the window with both arms and attempted to grab the juvenile while saying, “Come here.” The juvenile female screamed while stepping back to avoid being grabbed by the unknown male. The unknown suspect vehicle is described as a black full sized truck with a large amount of rust on the rooftop and a sticker of a skull on the rear window. The suspect driver is described as a Black male, bald with a goatee and a tattoo on his right shoulder. The suspect passenger is described as a Hispanic male, possibly in his 20’s, with shorter hair on the sides and longer hair on the top of his head, clean shaven and wearing a black shirt. Police are actively investigating this case and are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the unknown suspects and suspect vehicle.
