Parkinson’s Los Angeles Free Symposium Nears Parkinson’s Disease: What Your Doctor May Not Have Told You As the Sunday, June 1 event nears, interest is growing in the Parkinson’s Association’s first major Los Angeles event. “This is a big event, and our guests will not be disappointed. They will learn from doctors and health care professionals self-enabling techniques that can improve their lives”, according to Patrick LoSasso, a member of the Parkinson’s Association, and participant in the symposium. “The symposium is about learning, but also a way to connect with others in the Los Angeles Parkinson’s community, and to learn more about the Parkinson’s Association, and our plans for the future”, LoSasso added. The event, held at the Los Angeles Athletic Club, runs from 12:00 to 4:30 pm. Admission is free, and we urge those interested to register now. The Athletic Club is located at 431 West Seventh St., Los Angeles, CA 90014.
