Part II - Chest Day As promised, today is the second installation of Pectation!! I filmed this after my major movement (incline bench). The first thing you will notice are the 25s instead of 45s on the bar. I am not sure who said doing 135, 225, 315, 365, etc. but I do know that is a fallacy. The ENTIRE point is to stimulate muscle throughout the movement for a given rep range (time under tension). 4, 5, 6 rep ranges DO NOT allow for that to happen (unless recovery time is significantly reduced). So I suggest this load instead 95, 145, 195, 245, 295, 345, 395 or where ever your working weight maybe. Maintain your working weight for at least 2 sets!!!! This the is point of true muscle destruction!!! This is where the champions reside!!!
