Deprived of oxygen at birth, Lucys parents were told that due to her cerebal palsy she would never have the ability to sit or even swallow. Well Lucy can not only sit and swallow with ease, but far surpassed her doctors low expectations and went on to become a Special Olympics Gold Medalist!
