Participants from Mali, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal, United States, UK, France and Germany; plus over 150 people from Uganda have arrived in Uganda for the National War Victims Conference in Kampala. On their ways are South Sudan, Burundi, Central African Republic and DRC. We have the team from Slovenia, Liberia, and Nigeria already in Kampala for the Conference.
